A short intake conversation to help us
determine the right next step for your care.
As Seen On:
The discovery session is a brief, complimentary intake conversation designed to determine alignment and identify the most appropriate next step in care.
This is not a diagnostic or clinical evaluation.
During this session, we will:
This process allows us to be intentional with care and respectful of your time. If aligned, we’ll guide you toward a comprehensive assessment designed to explore things more deeply.
“When I look back at my baby photos, I see all the signs of what would later become severe sleep apnea—open mouth posture, a tilted head, clenched fists—but no one connected the dots.
I wasn’t diagnosed until adulthood, but those early patterns were already shaping my health. My experience inspires me to catch these issues early so no one has to go through what I did.”
“I sucked my thumb until I was 13, which caused bucked teeth, years of orthodontics, and persistent jaw issues. Over time, I experienced headaches, restless sleep, and even anxiety—all connected to early developmental patterns that weren’t addressed. That’s why I’m passionate about proactive care that guides healthy growth from the start.”
At Womb 2 Grow, we don’t just straighten teeth — we support natural growth of the jaws and airway, improving breathing, sleep, facial development, and overall function. Treatments such as palatal expansion, growth‑guidance appliances, functional orthodontics, and myofunctional therapy work to widen jaws and improve airway space — which traditional braces or aligners alone may not address. Every age group can benefit. Early intervention (infants, toddlers, children) can guide healthy craniofacial growth. Teens and adults can benefit too, especially if they have breathing, sleep, TMJ, or posture issues — airway‑focused care adjusts jaw/airway structure and function for lifelong wellness.
Indicators can include — mouth breathing (day or night), snoring, noisy or restless sleep, difficulty breastfeeding, feeding issues in infants, crowded teeth or narrow arches, TMJ pain, headaches, poor posture, difficulty focusing or behavioral issues, frequent colds/allergies, or jaw misalignment.
Depending on age and needs, treatments may include — palatal expansion / growth‑guidance appliances, myofunctional therapy (tongue posture, breathing and function training), laser‑assisted frenuloplasty (for tongue/lip ties), oral appliance therapy for sleep, functional orthodontics or aligner therapy, cranial & jaw growth support, nutritional guidance, and holistic support for maternal, infant, child and adult health.
Most of our treatments are gentle, functional, and designed with comfort and patient development in mind. For children, treatment is often well-tolerated and becomes part of their growth routine. Adults may notice pressure or minor adjustment discomfort with expanders or appliances, but such sensations usually fade quickly. Our team provides close support, monitoring, and adjustments to ensure comfort throughout treatment.
Early is better. For children, evaluation can begin as early as infancy or toddler age if there are feeding, breathing or developmental concerns. The earlier functional issues are addressed, the more effective growth guidance and airway optimization can be — often preventing more complicated problems later. But treatment can also benefit adolescents and adults, depending on their situation.
We use dual‑wavelength light energy, which allows us to release ties with incredible precision, minimal bleeding, and rapid healing — often without the need for sutures.
This conservative approach reduces trauma and helps preserve the surrounding tissues, supporting optimal outcomes for feeding, speech, and development. Our protocols are backed by leading research and adapted for patients of all ages — from infants to adults.
Most of our treatments at Womb 2 Grow are gentle, functional, and designed with comfort and patient development in mind — including our laser-assisted oral‑tie releases. We use dual‑wavelength laser therapy (Babylase / Oralase), a precise, low-heat, light-based approach that minimizes trauma and speeds healing. Compared to traditional scissors, laser cutting alone, or scalpel methods, laser releases are better tolerated, with faster recovery and significantly less discomfort. Most babies resume nursing comfortably within minutes. Older children and adults experience minimal post-op soreness and benefit from our integrative, healing-focused care team.
Yes — by widening the airway, aligning jaws properly, improving tongue posture, and supporting healthy breathing patterns, airway‑focused treatments can reduce snoring, improve sleep‑disordered breathing, and support overall sleep quality. Sometimes combined with oral appliance therapy or referrals if needed.
We view oral, airway, and craniofacial health as foundational to whole‑body wellness. Proper breathing, airway structure, sleep quality, facial development, and jaw alignment all influence posture, nervous system balance, digestion, sleep, growth, and overall health. Our holistic approach supports total well‑being, not just dental alignment.
Womb 2 Grow Wellness serves the whole family: from prenatal and maternal support, infants, children and adolescents, to teens and adults. Our functional, airway‑based and holistic services are adapted for every life stage to support growth, breathing, sleep, function, and wellness.
